About the Binghamton University Libraries Skype Pilot Program
In order to use this service, the user must either have Skype installed on their own computer, or can ask a question using the specially designated terminal in the Science Library.
Binghamton University Libraries does not take responsibility for the users' decision to download Skype to their own computer.
While Binghamton University Libraries' promises to keep all reference transactions private in accordance to its privacy policy, the Libraries is not responsible for the terms and conditions for any third-party software privacy terms and conditions, including Skype.
