This exhibits consists of books and other artifacts from various Library collections, with each case focusing on a different aspect of textiles as a subject for academic research. We can look at the role textiles play in art and archaeology, in politics and economics, in the arts and in technology and medicine.
The display will run concurrently with the University Art Museum's exhibit "Full Spectrum: Natural Fibers, Quilts and the Textile Arts."

This exhibit documents the history of Binghamton University from its humble beginnings as the Triple Cities College, to its inclusion into the state university system, to the University of today. The exhibit highlights the diverse collection of materials from the University Archives Collection.
This exhibit is currently on display on the Bartle Library 2nd floor mezzanine.
